We support virtual electronic electronic mail
services with our own equipment and we also as an option resale e-mail services for
Tucows/Opensrs. With either of these services you can receive and send
email using your own domain name.

PRICE and features for Tucows/Opensrs E-Mail Solutions:
As a registered reseller for Tucows/Opensrs we resale most
all their services including E-mail and E-mail Defense. One significant
advantage of using a large registrar like Tucows/Opensrs is that you have the
advantage of working through resellers that can provide you one on one
service, often can be a small business in your own neighborhood and still have
the comfort that if need arises you can change resellers while keeping the
same registrar supporting you. This is an out sourced solution that in
some situations is a better fit for you the customer. We do offer
similar solutions that we maintain without out-sourcing.
- Multiple access methods including POP, SMTP, WebMail and IMAP
- Inbound and outbound virus protection
- Value added services include email aliasing, catch-all and mail rules
- Email Forwarding with virus protection and catch-all
- Spam protection with Tocows/Opensrs E-mail Defense.
- Online customer self support tools accessed through the
web e-mail interface.
- 250MB of storage with optional additional storage available
(If you need more storage, $1.00 per month per account for each additional
unit of storage)
- 25MB max size per email relayed, smtp.
- Select users per domain can be setup to administrate
passwords and aliases on behalf of others if preferred.

Note the following are custom solutions and in many
offerings are included as part of a package. Note also that
administrative changes are implemented by a human on our staff and are not
accessible by automation which may be preferable for security:
By default e-mail through our servers are
virus protected with www.clamav.net,
white listed with whitelist.webengr.com, spam blocked with dictspam.webengr.com,
www.spamhaus.org, www.spamcop.net,
and more. Redirecting E-Mail Account:
Includes all email to a domain or email address forwarding to a remote
e-mail address. Please note that you may
already have this service because it may already included as part of the other services like the
Internet Access, Web Site service. If the customer does not already subscribe to Internet
Access or other Information Services and desires to have all email to an
address or domain name
forwarded to another e-mail address (using a virtual email table, forward or
alias); a
one time office setup fee of $16.00, a fee for the domain name registration if
required, a labor charge per professional hour will be
requested if customer requires assistance beyond the terms of the service, and a
subscription of:
- $0.00 for initial accounts if customer already subscribes, else
$24.00 per year
- The customer may elect to defer the annual payment and make semiannual
payments at a rate that would be 10% more than annual. The customer shall be responsible for returning payments in timely manner.
The company shall not be responsible to remind customer to make payment:
$0.00 for initial accounts if customer already subscribes, else $.13.20
for six months.
E-Mail Accounts:
Includes a web interface (mail.cocoavillagepublishing.com),
pop3 and ssh access to the email account, and filtering possible with procmail.
Please note that you may
already have this service because it may already included as part of the other services like the
Internet Access, Web Site service. If customer does not subscribe to Internet
Access or other Information Services and the customer desires extra mail boxes,
a one time office
setup fee of $16.00 to setup the domain name and virtual email tables, a fee
for the domain name registration if required, a labor
charge per professional hour will be requested if customer requires assistance beyond the
terms of the service, and a subscription of:
